Julia Nikiel is Assistant Professor in the Department of British and American Studies at Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, Poland. Her academic interests include theories of globalization, space and place in contemporary literature, and experimental fiction. She is the author of It Takes a Storyteller To Know a Storyteller: Global Capitalism in Post-Millennial North American Fiction (Brill, 2023).

Kamil Rusiłowicz is Assistant Professor in the Department of American Literature and Culture at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. He is the author of U progu eksplozji: kryzys tożsamości w prozie pokolenia lat siedemdziesiątych (Universitas, 2012) and The Poetics of Neobaroque Space (Wydawnictwo KUL, 2020). Izabella Kimak is Assistant Professor at the Department of American Literature and Culture at Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, Poland. Her research interests encompass American ethnic literature, race, post-colonial and gender studies, and the intersection of literary and non-literary arts. She has published extensively on South Asian American women’s literature, especially on literary representations of female sexuality. She is a member of the Steering Committee of the EAAS Women’s Network.
