How to get to Lublin
You can get to Lublin:
✈ by plane:
- most conveniently to Lublin Airport (small but with flights from a few major European cities, including Frankfurt, London and Oslo)
- to Warsaw Chopin Airport and then by bus or train (2.5 up to 3 hours)
- to Warsaw Modlin Airport (a little farther away, but with good connections via Warsaw)
- to Rzeszów and then by bus (3-4 hours)
- to Kraków or Katowice (still father away but with through train connections, about 4.5 to 5 hours)
✈ by train: from Warsaw, Kraków, Katowice, Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk, etc., and a few cities in other countries, including Berlin and Vienna; train timetables may be checked and tickets purched online at PKP Intercity
✈ by bus: FlixBus offers connections to Lublin from Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Bratislava and Vilnius as well as from all major Polish cities
How to get around Lublin
Moving around Lublin is easy. Everything you need is within walking distance from the campus.
Bus tickets can be bought either in ticket machines located near bus stops or onboard, prices are 3.20zl (80 cents) for the adults and 1.60zl (40 cents) for a student with a valid ID. The tickets might be slightly more expensive onboard the bus if bought directly from the driver.

Conference venue
The conference will take place in the Plenary Room in MCSU New Humanities building (Sala Obrad Wydziału Humanistycznego UMCS).
Meals
The conference fee includes tea and coffee during the breaks as well as a wine reception. The remaining meals are to be arranged by the participants on their own. The conference venue has a cafeteria, Bazylia, situated on floor -1. If you would rather eat outside, below please find a list of places to eat in the area:
